Rules and Policies

RULES

• Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of remaining time; No Refunds.
• Helmets must be worn at all times while on ATV's.
• ATV's will be ridden by one person at a time, No Passengers.
• No riders under the age of 18 years old.
• ATV's must be secured to transportation vehicle with provided tie downs.
• It is your responsibility to ride only in designated areas.
• It is your responsibility to know and follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  

POLICIES

• You must have a valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration card. Two of the three must have the same address.
• You must be 21 years old to rent.
• No refunds for early returns.
• Late returns will be charged at the hourly rate of $50 per hour.
• All forms must be completed and signed prior to departure.
